Kids’ Closet Systems

Closets That Grow With Your Family

Kids grow fast. Closets don’t have to be replaced every time they do. We build systems that adjust as your kid gets taller, as wardrobes change, as needs evolve.

The hanging rod is lower, the shelving is adjustable, and durability is non-negotiable. A kids’ closet has to work for a five-year-old grabbing their shoes, a ten-year-old putting away laundry, and eventually a teenager who maintains some order.

Our systems are built with adjustable shelf pins and flexible layouts from the start. Rods that reposition as hanging lengths change. Cubbies that reconfigure. Room for more as wardrobes expand. Not just what looks good today—what functions well for years.

What We Build

Features We Build Into Kids’ Closets

Adjustable Shelving

Not fixed. Not static. Shelf positions move as storage needs change. Add a bin, relocate a shelf. No tools required.

Double-Hang Lower Sections

Two rows of rods at kid height. Great for shirts, pants, school uniforms. Takes full advantage of vertical space.

able-closet A neatly organized closet with pastel and neutral shirts and pants hanging on wooden rods, woven baskets on shelves above and below, and bags and decorative items displayed on the top shelf.
able-closet A bright, organized mudroom with white shelves filled with neatly arranged shoes, baskets below, a striped rug on the floor, hooks on the wall holding bags and hats, and a door letting in natural light.
Shoe Storage

Cubbies, angled shelves, or open slots. Kids have a lot of shoes. A dedicated spot makes the morning crisis less common.

Toy & Gear Storage

Sports equipment, art supplies, extra bedding. We figure out what your kid actually owns and build around reality, not ideals.

Hamper Sections

Built-in hamper spots teach kids where dirty laundry goes. Results vary by child. But having a dedicated spot helps.

Built Tough for Real Kids

We build kids’ closets the same way we build everything else—real materials, proper installation, no shortcuts. Our drawer boxes are real wood. Not particle board that falls apart when a ten-year-old yanks a drawer too hard.

The hardware handles daily abuse. The finishes are durable and easy to wipe down. A kids’ closet gets used roughly ten thousand times more often than an adult closet and treated with significantly less care. It needs to hold up.

“I’m going to spend the extra money giving them something that works. Real wood drawer boxes when everybody else uses particle board. That’s like putting wagon wheels on your car.”

— James Dean Sisto, Founder

The Process for Families

1

In-Home Consultation

Stephen thinks through how families actually use spaces. Floor space, kid height, what’s overflowing, where things land.

2

3D Rendering

Kyle and the design team build the rendering. You see it before anything gets cut.

3

Manufacturing

Built in Jensen Beach with real wood drawer boxes and durable hardware.

4

Installation

Sam, Benson, and our team. Same care for a kids’ room as for a master suite.

Common Questions

Kids’ Closet FAQs

Any age works, honestly. Earlier tends to be better—building organization habits young pays off. The adjustable designs we build work from toddler stage all the way through high school.
Yes. We have a range of finish options. Some families go neutral (grows with any decor), some go fun. Claire can walk you through options.
Most installs are completed in one day. The process goes: free in-home consultation → 3D rendering → manufacturing in Jensen Beach → professional install.
Shared-closet layouts are something we've designed a lot. Clear section divides, dedicated storage for each kid, different rod heights if there's an age difference. Works better than you'd expec
Kids’ closet systems are custom-built, so pricing depends on the size, configuration, and storage features you choose. We provide a free in-home consultation and 3D design so you’ll get an exact quote based on your space and needs.
Yes—that's a core feature of how we design them. Shelf pins are adjustable, rod positions can be relocated, and configurations can be updated as needs change without a full rebuild.
