Builder-grade linen closets are... fine. Two or three fixed shelves. Maybe a rod at the top. That's it. Fixed shelves at fixed heights don't adapt to what you actually store. Extra-deep shelves lose everything in the back. And there's usually way more wasted vertical space than there should be.

Louvered doors, solid panel, or open shelving depending on your hallway or bathroom aesthetic. We match or complement existing finishes.

Go floor to ceiling and reclaim every inch. Most linen closets have significant unused space at the top, that's capacity waiting to be used.

Bathroom vs. Hallway Linen Closets
We build for both configurations. A linen closet adjacent to or inside a bathroom deals with more direct humidity. Material choice matters more here. We also think about ventilation in the layout so air can circulate around stored linens.
A hallway linen closet serves multiple rooms guest bath, master bath, sometimes laundry. That usually means more variety in what's stored. We design the sections accordingly.
