Make the Hardest-Working Room Actually Work
Most laundry rooms are an afterthought. A closet with machines shoved in, maybe an overloaded shelf, no folding surface. A laundry room remodel changes that.
What Makes a Laundry Room Actually Work
The difference between chaos and function comes down to three things: dedicated storage for supplies, a real folding surface, and hanging space for air-dry items. Get those right and the laundry room works.
We design and install laundry room systems throughout the Treasure Coast.
What We Build
Cabinet banks above the washer and dryer for supplies, cleaning products, extra linens. Dedicated spaces eliminate the hunt.
Folding Counter
Built-in surface over machines or at counter height alongside them. Laminate or solid surface. Makes folding more than improvised.
Hamper Integration
Built-in pull-out hamper systems for sorting—lights, darks, delicates. Sorted at the point of collection.
Hanging Rod
Integrated rod for air-dry and hang items. The items that can’t go in the dryer actually have a place to go.
Lower Base Cabinets
Base cabinet storage flanking the machines. Storage bins, cleaning supply organization, extra capacity.
Ironing Board Integration
Wall-mounted or fold-down systems that disappear when not in use. Especially useful in smaller laundry closets.

Florida Laundry Rooms Are Different
Florida homes run laundry year-round. Heat and humidity mean materials need to hold up. We spec moisture-resistant substrates, ventilation in the cabinet layout, and hardware that handles humidity.
Older Florida homes often have laundry closets rather than rooms. A 3x5 closet with a stackable unit. These respond especially well to custom storage design, overhead and side storage around the footprint, fold-down shelf, functional utility space from a tight footprint.
We don’t use quality materials in laundry rooms, built to last.
